Fresh Chiles in Fish Sauce (Prik Nam Pla)

This incredible Thai table condiment is sour, salty, spicy, and delicious. Prik Nam Pla is a nice balanced sauce that lets you choose how to flavor your food by selecting among the fresh ingredients that form its unique blend. If you want to spice it up, add some of the fresh chilies. If you need a hint of sour, add a piece of lime. If you like savory, add some of the fish sauce. Of course, you can add all three!

Prick Nam Pla is the best friend of Thai Basil. It is delicious with any rice dish - fried rice is a perfect combination. It also pairs wonderfully with Thai curry.

Chili Oil

This spicy sauce is made by infusing oil with fresh chili peppers and mixing it with salt. It is a perfect option for a gluten-free and vegan. It goes well with any meal and adds a smoky, spicy aroma that is sure to delight! If you love rich chili aroma, this hot sauce is your favorite.

Most of our food goes well with it, from noodles to soup. Try to add some to Tom Kha soup to bring a delightful taste and fragrance. We also recommend trying to with our famous Cashew Chicken.

Dried Chili Flakes

The original hot condiment gives a super spicy kick and adds tons of flavor to a dish. At Cashew Thai Cuisine, we make our own chili flakes from sun-dried chili to provide the perfect heat.

Add some of the flakes to your noodle dish to bring the spice. It's a great combination with Pad Thai and Pad See Ew.
